The book is now in circulations from both distribution channels, direct and via Amazon and sales are matching expectations. This week I have my first appointment to possibly add, a bookshop outlet.
What has kept up "the frantic level" is the Website? What I naively thought would be a slow burn through the winter has plunged me into a plethora of deadlines! I must add all of which I am more than delighted to have.
Within this website, first of all, I have brought forward work on the 'de Lacy Castles' pages as I researched, sought permission, and added valuable links to allow you to have an even broader experience of the de Lacy family history. Now I am negotiating direct links with other websites that cover major parts of the de Lacy family. Here is an example, the second page to be opened within the 'de Lacy Castles' is Weobley the first Walter de Lacy Castle. Here you can link to The History of Ewyas Lacy website. Should you wish it, you now have access to a vast amount of information about the early days of the Walter de Lacy family.
My ambitions for www.delacy.com website have now grown to provide you with a one-stop shop, acting as a hub, taking you everywhere that there is de Lacy information to be found. Your interest may be in the de Lacy as a history project. Or a desire to learn more about your family name, and how you may relate to your ancestors. Lots more will follow, but please be patient. If you can not be patient try poking me with a (stick (reality sticks only please), I respond faster to direct requests.
